The Solution
With advanced tools, TIFFG equipped attendees with badges containing barcodes, which were scanned as participants entered each screening room. The scanning process is so seamless that attendees barely need to pause, providing a smoother experience and significantly speeding up check-in compared to previous manual methods.
Scans are stored directly in the scanner’s memory during the event. After screenings, the data is downloaded into a spreadsheet, reviewed, and then imported into the box office system to generate detailed attendance reports. These reports include all relevant attendee information and can either be emailed to stakeholders or accessed on demand, allowing TIFFG to efficiently manage attendance and share insights across teams.
