- RFID or NFC credential identifiers

The customer determines what Customer Data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used. As between Cloud-In-Hand and the customer, the customer retains its rights in Customer Data.
Cloud-In-Hand processes Customer Data on behalf of the customer and in accordance with the customer's instructions, applicable agreements, and applicable law.

For Customer Data processed through the Cloud-In-Hand platform:
- The customer generally acts as the data controller, business, educational institution, employer, or equivalent responsible party under applicable law.
- Cloud-In-Hand generally acts as a service provider, contractor, or data processor on behalf of the customer.
- We process Customer Data to provide the Services, support the customer, protect the Services, comply with applicable agreements, and follow the customer's lawful instructions.
If your information was submitted to Cloud-In-Hand by your employer, school, organization, or another customer, questions or requests concerning that information should generally be directed to that organization.

We may disclose information to trusted service providers and business partners that assist us with:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure

Educational institutions may use Cloud-In-Hand to process student information for attendance, testing check-in, campus safety, emergency accountability, visitor management, and related operational purposes.
The educational institution determines what student information is collected and how it is used. Cloud-In-Hand processes student information under the institution's direction and does not use student information for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
Educational institutions are responsible for obtaining any notices, consents, or authorizations required for their use of the Services.
11. Children's Privacy
Our public website and Services are not directed to children for independent personal use. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our public website.
When an educational institution uses the Services, student information may be provided or collected under the institution's direction and is processed as Customer Data.
